These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “Client”, or “you”) and St Pete Locksmith (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of our website (stpete-locksmith.us), phone dispatching, mobile locksmith services, and SMS communications.

By requesting a quote, submitting an appointment request, calling our dispatch desk, or receiving on-site services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

St Pete Locksmith provides professional mobile locksmith services throughout St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Clearwater, and Pinellas County, Florida. Our offerings include:

Service delivery times (including estimated technician arrival times) are estimates based on normal traffic, weather, and scheduling conditions and are not guaranteed timeframes.

We believe in upfront, transparent pricing. Phone quotes and website estimates are based on customer-provided descriptions.

• On-Site Evaluation: Final pricing depends on lock hardware, vehicle make/year, keyway condition, and security grade. A complete total price is confirmed on-site before any non-reversible work begins.
• All-Inclusive Estimates: All service quotes provide an all-inclusive estimated price range covering mobile dispatch, diagnostic assessment, labor, and standard hardware before work begins. No unexpected surprise fees.
• Payment Methods: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of service. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), approved digital payments, and cash.
• Commercial Invoicing: Invoiced billing is available solely to pre-approved commercial accounts with established written agreements.

Upon your verbal or digital confirmation, a mobile technician is promptly assigned and dispatched to your physical location.

• Timely Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify dispatch at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled window without penalty.
• En-Route Cancellations: For emergency lockout or on-demand dispatch calls, if you cancel after a technician has already been dispatched and is en-route, a service call dispatch fee will apply to cover transit and fuel expenses.
• Unattended Locations: If a technician arrives at the specified site and you are not present or reachable within a reasonable arrival grace period, the call may be closed and billed for standard dispatch transit expenses.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Florida law, St Pete Locksmith and its contractors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from locksmith services or website use. In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising under or related to these terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in Pinellas County, Florida.
